Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
- 2 medium carrots finely chopped
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon worestershire sauce
- 1 can 6 oz tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 10 - wheat hamburg buns

Step 1In slow cooker bowl, stir together ground turkey, carrots, celery, garlic, onion, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, dry mustard, salt and tomato paste. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours. Stir turkey mixture halfway through cook time and add a little chicken stock if too dry.
