Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegeatable oil
- 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 - 1 - medium green bell pepper, diced
- 1 - red onion small, diced
- 14 1/2 ounces can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups frozen spinach
- 1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
- 8 ounces fresh mushroom slice or one can mushroom
How To Make turkey skillet

Step 1Heat skillet over medium heat. Brown the ground turkey about 5 minutes. Add Italian seasoning, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and cook an additional minutes. Transfer turkey to a paper towel lined plate to drain.

Step 2Add vegetable oil, garlic, green pepper and red onion to skillet and sauté until tender. Add the remaining soy sauce, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Bring to a boil, and ten reduce to a simmer.

Step 3Return the cooked turkey to pan. Add the spinach and heat until wilted. Season to taste and serve with browned rice. Serve 6 Cal 222 8g.Fat 19g carbs.
