Turkey sausage-veggie soup
4 ozwagon wheel pasta
4links of turkey sausage, i used sweet sausage
1 mediumonion, chopped
1 mediumzucchini, chopped
1/2 lbsliced fresh mushrooms
214.5 oz cans diced tomatoes w/ red pepper
214.5 oz cans lower-sodium chicken broth
115 oz can red kidney beans, drained
How to Make Turkey sausage-veggie soup
- Cook pasta as directed and drain. Spray a lg pot w/ cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add sausage. Cook, turning, until browned and cooked through.
- Remove sausages from pot. Add vegetables to pot and cook, stirring until softened. Add tomatoes w/ juice, chicken broth and beans. Bring to a boil.
- Cover. Cook over low heat until heated through. Slice sausages and add to pot. Cook until heated through.
