When I grow a vegetable garden & my girls were small. They often asked me to make stuff pepper. I uses to stuff allot of vegetables & then freeze them. It's a easy-quick dinner w/ a fresh vegetable soup or salad. It's still a favorite & my son-in-law loves stuffed peppers.So, this in the garden I've sweet orange sun & grand bell mix.

Ingredients For turkey-rice stuff red bell peppers

  • 1 lb
    ground turkey,
  • 4-6 md
    red bell pepper
  • 1/4 c
    diced celery
  • 1/3 c
    diced onion
  • 1 or less Tbsp
    finely chopped cilantro, fresh or parsly
  • 1/4 c
    grated cheese
  • 1 c
    spanish rice fresh or leftover

How To Make turkey-rice stuff red bell peppers

    Par- boil peppers 1 st . Put peppers into boiling water for 3-4 minutes. While peppers cooking preheat oven @350 degrees.

    Cooking the turkey not all the way , 3-5 minutes . Add cerley, onion,garlic & parley. Cook until onion & cerley is translucent.

    Add mixture to leftover Spainish rice or fresh Spanish rice . Add & mix cheese to rice . Bake 20-30 minutes. Or until cheese is melted
