turkey pot pie
I was looking for something special to make with the holiday leftovers and decided on a pot pie similar to what my grandmother use to make. I was digging through the dozens of cookbooks and hand notes past down to me by my grandmother and great grandmother when I decided to use three recipes to create one special turkey pot pie... due in part because I did not have the right ingredients for just one. So by combining ideas I came up with one of my own and here it is. I hope you all enjoy it as much as we did.
