butter, softened
1/4 c
chopped onions
1/2 c
diced red bell pepper
1 c
thawed peas
1 c
diced turkey, more or less
10 3/4 oz
can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
recipe for rolled biscuits(bisquick)
1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheddar cheese


10 3/4 oz
can cream of chicken soup or cream of celery
1/2 c
half and half
1 c
thawed peas
1 tsp
seasoned salt
1/2 tsp

How to Make Turkey Pinwheels


  • 1Heat oven to 450^.
    In a small skillet melt the butter and add the onions and bell pepper and sauté for 5 minutes. Set aside.
    Cover peas with boiling water, and drain. Combine peas and turkey,and soup. Add sautéed onion and Bell pepper.
    Prepare biscuit dough according to package directions; add the cheese to the dough. Roll dough into a 15-inch square about 1/2 inch thick.
  • 2Spread with the turkey mixture, roll as for a jelly roll. Cut roll into 16 slices or so they are 3/4 inch thick, Place cut side down on a greased baking sheet. Bake 22-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with sauce on top.
  • 3Sauce:
    Combine ingredients, place over low heat in a small saucepan, stir occasionally until heat hot.
