I am a very picky eater and the meat in my diet is limited to mostly turkey and chicken! So I came up w/ a hearty comforting hot sandwich I could enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 slices wheat bread (or whichever bread you choose, pumpernickel is great also!)
- 4 slices smoked turkey(pre-packaged is fine but getting sliced turkey from the deli counter usually contains less sodium)
- 4 slices avacado( about 1/4 of an avacado)
- 2 slices low fat swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon low fat dijon honey mustard
- 1 tablespoon i can't believe it's not butter spray (regular butter or cooking spray will also work)
How To Make turkey melt

Step 1Turn heat on stove to medium heat. Spray both slices of bread w/ butter spray. Layer bread, cheese, turkey, avacado, turkey, cheese, dijon honey mustard ( so that the sauce is touching the bread). Put in the pan and grill both sides until the cheese is thoroughly melted. Enjoy!
