Turkey meatballs w/ picante glaze

Ingredients

1 lbground turkey breast
-
1/4 cplain bread crumbs

1 largeegg, beaten
-
3 tspminced garlic
-
116 oz jar picante sauce
-
1/3 cgrape jelly, i used low-sugar
How to Make Turkey meatballs w/ picante glaze
- Heat oven to 375. Line a rimmed baking sheet w/ foil. Spray foil w/ cooking spray.
- In lg bowl, mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, garlic and 1/4 cup picante sauce. Mix well. Shape mix into 40, 1"-meatballs. Place meatballs on baking sheet. Bake 15 mins, turning 1/2 way through cook time.
- In lg skillet over med-high heat, heat remaining picante sauce and jelly to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring, for 15 mins. Add meatballs to skillet and cook until meatballs are hot. Serve w/ toothpicks.
