I usually fix this 2-3 times a month. my family loves it u may use 1 lb.of ground chuck for a healthier meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 3/4 cup 2% milk
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 package (12oz.)velveeta shells and cheese dinner
  • 1 medium tomatoe,chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 cup green onion slices (optional)

How To Make turkey mac

  • Step 1
    BROWN turkey meat in large skillet;drain.
  • Step 2
    ADD 1-1/4 cups water,milk and ketchup.Bring to a boil. Stir in shell macaroni;return to boil.Reduce heat to medium- low;cover. Simmer 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
  • Step 3
    ADD cheese sauce,tomato and green onions(if using);stir well until blended.
