1add oil to a large skillet. heat on medium high heat while slicing kielbass into diagonal 1/8" slices...add to skillet and sear each side. Remove from skillet, set aside. Add butter and sugar to same pan and add sliced vadalia omions in rings...cook ten to fifteen minutes until goldenbroen and caramelized.
combine kielbasa and caramelized onions.
pop open Pillsbury® pizza dough follow package instructions...
prick with fork and prenake five to seven minutes.
top crust with kielbasa onion mixture, cheese and thyme.
bake in preheated 500° oven ten min or until cheeze is golden bubbly
remove from oven sprinkle with s & p
cut into squares big or small depending on if using as appetiser or meal.
dip in ranch or blue cheese dressing.
