turkey joes ! (not what your thinking!)
I make these with left over turkey (or even chicken) and gravy. The kids love these little delightful sandwiches.... To make a more traditional sloppy joe, skip the gravy and add your favorite sloppy joe sauce or barbeque sauce. We make them as appetizers, main meals and snacks. They are wonderful for parties! So go ahead and buy a bigger bird next time.... you can use the left overs for this! Remember to Play With Your Food! xo
