It great this time of year, the end of July and our farm fruit and vegetable stands are full of wonderful fruits and vegetables and I cannot resist this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 medium peach, pared, pitted and quartered
- 1/2 cup white grape juice
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 3 tablespoons chopped red onion11
- 1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard or 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 1/3 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
- 14 ounces cooked turkey breast cut into bite size pieces
- 1 cup cantalope cut into chunks
- 1 medium peach, pared, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup watermelon cut into chunks
- 12 - large cherries halved and pitted
- 2 - kiwi fruit, pared and thinly sliced
- 1 large orange peeled and sectioned
How To Make turkey-fruit salad with poppy seed dressing

Step 1To make dressing, in food processor combine peach quarters, juice, vinegar, onion, sugar and poppy seeds and mustard and puree until smooth, with motor running slowly pour in the oil and process for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.

Step 2To prepare salad arrange the turkey and fruits on round platter and drizzle with the dressing.
