It great this time of year, the end of July and our farm fruit and vegetable stands are full of wonderful fruits and vegetables and I cannot resist this recipe.

1 medium
peach, pared, pitted and quartered
1/2 c
white grape juice
1/3 c
apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp
white sugar
3 Tbsp
chopped red onion11
1 1/2 Tbsp
poppy seeds
1/4 tsp
dry mustard or 1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 1/3 Tbsp
canola or vegetable oil
14 oz
cooked turkey breast cut into bite size pieces
1 c
cantalope cut into chunks
1 medium
peach, pared, pitted and sliced
1 c
watermelon cut into chunks
large cherries halved and pitted
kiwi fruit, pared and thinly sliced
1 large
orange peeled and sectioned


1To make dressing, in food processor combine peach quarters, juice, vinegar, onion, sugar and poppy seeds and mustard and puree until smooth, with motor running slowly pour in the oil and process for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
2To prepare salad arrange the turkey and fruits on round platter and drizzle with the dressing.
