Are you wondering what to do with that left over turkey. Turkey could be dull the next day unless you add lots of flavor to it. Do I have the recipe for you! forget about sandwiches and soup, my hubby The Englishman said.. How about curry? Mind you he says that about all left over even spaghetti. But in this case Turkey curry works. So here is the recipe.

leftover turkey shredded or coursely chpped
1 large
onion coursely chopped
1 large
red bell pepper
1 medium
green bell pepper
3 clove
chopped garlic
1 large
tomato chopped
3 tsp
tomato puree
1/2 c
concentrated curry paste hot
3 tsp
curry powder
1 Tbsp
garan masala spice
1 Tbsp
cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
turmeric, ground
1 tsp
1 Tbsp
salt and pepper mix
1 c
11/2 c
chicken broth
1 can(s)
coconut milk, unsweetened
1 Tbsp
chopped cilantro

How to Make Turkey curry


  • 1Remove meat from turkey carcass and chop,set a side.
    Add olive oil to a large pot and heat on medium high. Add all the ingredients saute for 10minutes.
  • 2Add chicken stock bring to boil and lower to simmer for 20 minutes. Add coconut milk and sprinkle with cilantro. Enjoy with Basmati rice.
  • 3Basmati Rice
    1cup of Basmati rice. 1 3/4 cups of water, 1/2 stick of cinnamon,3 cloves,1 tbs of veg oil,1/2 tsp of salt. bring to boil .cover lower heat to simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
