Do I have the recipe for you! forget about sandwiches and soup, my hubby The Englishman said.. How about curry? Mind you he says that about all left over even spaghetti. Ingredients For turkey curry

  • 3 c
    leftover turkey shredded or coursely chpped
  • 1 lg
    onion coursely chopped
  • 1 lg
    red bell pepper
  • 1 md
    green bell pepper
  • 3 clove
    chopped garlic
  • 1 lg
    tomato chopped
  • 3 tsp
    tomato puree
  • 1/2 c
    concentrated curry paste hot
  • 3 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    garan masala spice
  • 1 Tbsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    cumin
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    turmeric, ground
  • 1 tsp
    corriander
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt and pepper mix
  • 1 c
    edaname
  • 11/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 can
    coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped cilantro

How To Make turkey curry

  • 1
    Remove meat from turkey carcass and chop,set a side. Add olive oil to a large pot and heat on medium high. Add all the ingredients saute for 10minutes.

    Add chicken stock bring to boil and lower to simmer for 20 minutes. Add coconut milk and sprinkle with cilantro. Enjoy with Basmati rice.

    Basmati Rice 1cup of Basmati rice. 1 3/4 cups of water, 1/2 stick of cinnamon,3 cloves,1 tbs of veg oil,1/2 tsp of salt. bring to boil .cover lower heat to simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
