Do I have the recipe for you! forget about sandwiches and soup, my hubby The Englishman said.. How about curry? Mind you he says that about all left over even spaghetti. Ingredients

  • 3 cups leftover turkey shredded or coursely chpped
  • 1 large onion coursely chopped
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 large tomato chopped
  • 3 teaspoons tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup concentrated curry paste hot
  • 3 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon garan masala spice
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric, ground
  • 1 teaspoon corriander
  • 1 tablespoon salt and pepper mix
  • 1 cup edaname
  • 11/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

How To Make turkey curry

  • Step 1
    Remove meat from turkey carcass and chop,set a side. Add olive oil to a large pot and heat on medium high. Add all the ingredients saute for 10minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add chicken stock bring to boil and lower to simmer for 20 minutes. Add coconut milk and sprinkle with cilantro. Enjoy with Basmati rice.
  • Step 3
    Basmati Rice 1cup of Basmati rice. 1 3/4 cups of water, 1/2 stick of cinnamon,3 cloves,1 tbs of veg oil,1/2 tsp of salt. bring to boil .cover lower heat to simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
