First of all, this is not my recipe, but one I found on Pinterest. I have always loved the combination of a turkey and cranberry sandwich with cream cheese, but I had never thought about the sprouts or sunflower seeds and all I can say is YUM!!!! Thank you to Barbara Kiebel for sharing this delicious version of one of my favorite sandwiches. She has some other great recipes on her web-site www.creative-culinary.com
