    7 or 8 in flour tortillas
  • 1/2 c
    mayo or miracle whip
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    chopped, drained pepperoncini
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped cilantro (optional)
  • 4
    slices crisply cooked bacon, and crumbled
  • 1/2 c
    chopped tomato
  • 1/2 lb
    thinly sliced cooked turkey (deli turkey)
  • 6
    leaves of leaf lettuce

How to Make Turkey Club Tortilla Roll-Ups


  1. Warm tortillas according to package
  2. In a small bowl combine Mayo and cream cheese and mix till smooth, Stir in Pepperocini, cilantro and bacon
  3. Spread about 2 tbsp mayo mixture on each warm tortilla. Top each with a rounded tbsp tomato, 1/6 of turkey and 1 leaf lettuce. Roll each tortilla up tightly. Cut each roll into 8 pieces and secure each with a cocktail toothpick
  4. Serve immediately or cover tightly and refigerate
