Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1 3/8 teaspoons mrs. dash
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1/4 cup egg beaters
- - any other seasoning you like
How To Make turkey burgers

Step 1Mix all ingredients together in bowl,score meat in quarters, let sit for 5minutes.

Step 2Spray a frying pan with cooking spray, form meat into 4 patties. Cook over medium heat until done.

Step 3I used Sandwich Thins for the buns, (only 100 calories each) You wind up with the burger only being 192 calories add the bun for 292 calories. Delish! Have whatever sidedish you want. I served Turkey Chili beans.. Enjoy!
