Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup crushed cheese flavored crackers or goldfish
How To Make turkey burgers

Step 1Preheat grill or pan. In large bowl mix together garlic powder, red pepper flakes minced onion, egg and crackers using your hands form into 4 fat patties. Place patties on grill for 7 min per side.

Step 2If cooking on stove use med high heat and cook for about 8 minutes per side I cook a little longer to make sure they are cooked through.

Step 3Top with swiss cheese and avacado slice and tomato.. Optional?

Step 4Use less pepper flakes if you do not like to much spice.. Enjoy..
