I really enjoy cooking. It's another side of me that relishes in giving as much TLC to every dish I make.
This recipe came about when I run out of hamburger meat and didn't want to run to the store. I had never made turkey burgers, but now these are a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1/2 c
    diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 c
    diced yellow bell pepper
  • 3-4 large
    scallions/green onion
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 c
    plain bread crumbs
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1 pkg
    lipton vegtable mix

How to Make Turkey Burger Supreme

Step-by-Step

  1. Dice veggies, add Dijon egg and breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, Lipton veggie mix.
  2. Mix well. We like to make our turkey burgers BIG, You can make a lot out of this, but it's up to you.
  3. Cook on grill or fry in a pan. 10mins on each side or until done.
