I like turkey and instead of buying a whole turkey for just 2 people, I buy turkey breast, this is easy to prepare and has a nice flavor instead of just roasted,,,the slaw is also a little different and nice and crunchy

1/2 cplain low fat yogart

1 Tbspcurry paste

3 cloveminced garlic

1 Tbspgrated ginger root

2 lbskinless, boneless turkey breast

slaw

4 cnappa cabbage thinly sliced

2 mdcarrots, peeled and grated

2apples peeled and diced.

2green onions sliced thin
-
2 smpepeppers 1 red and 1 yellow or green , sliced thin

1/4 cfresh cilantro chopped

1/2 cplain yogurt

2 Tbspwhite wine vinegar

2 Tbspsugar

1/2 tspcumin seeds

1/2 csour cream or mayonnaise

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make turkey breast with slaw

1In bowl stir together yogurt, curry paste, garlic and ginger...rub all over turkey refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

2In separate bowl combine all the vegetables and in smaller combine the dressing ingredients and whisk together, pour over vegetables and toss until well combined.
