I like turkey and instead of buying a whole turkey for just 2 people, I buy turkey breast, this is easy to prepare and has a nice flavor instead of just roasted,,,the slaw is also a little different and nice and crunchy

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain low fat yogart
- 1 tablespoon curry paste
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger root
- 2 pounds skinless, boneless turkey breast
- - slaw
- 4 cups nappa cabbage thinly sliced
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and grated
- 2 - apples peeled and diced.
- 2 - green onions sliced thin
- 2 small pepeppers 1 red and 1 yellow or green , sliced thin
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 cup sour cream or mayonnaise
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make turkey breast with slaw

Step 1In bowl stir together yogurt, curry paste, garlic and ginger...rub all over turkey refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Step 2In separate bowl combine all the vegetables and in smaller combine the dressing ingredients and whisk together, pour over vegetables and toss until well combined.
