Turkey breast w/ apple jelly

18 oz turkey breast tenderloin

1-1/2 tsplemon juice

1-1/2 tspolive oil

1/4 tspseasoned salt

1/4 tspdried sage
-
2 tspminced garlic

1 Tbspmelted apple jelly

4very thin slices of lemon
How to Make Turkey breast w/ apple jelly
- Preheat broiler. Plit turkey in 1/2 horizontally to make 2 portions. about 1/2"-thick each portion
- Place turkey on rack of broiler pan. In small bowl, combine lemon juice, salt, sage and garlic. Brush mix on both sides of turkey.
- Broil turkey 4" from heat for 5 mins. Turn turkey, place lemon slices on turkey and broil 3 min more. using a basting brush, brush turkey w/ apple jelly. Broil 3 more mins, or until no longer pink.
