Turkey and Mushroom Burgers
mrs. dash or kroger "zesty" salt free seasoning
cup finely chopped shallots or sweet onion
mushrooms, finely chopped
How to Make Turkey and Mushroom Burgers
1mix everything in a large bowl until well combined.
2shape into 6 each 1/2" thick round patties
3spray grill or frying pan with olive oil spray *or brush with olive oil using a pastry brush*
4grill one side around 5 minutes then turn. make sure patties are browned and juices run clear.
5serve on hamburger buns, topping with lettuce, tomatoes and your favorite condiments
