This is a "grilling" favorite of ours. We add all the trimmings and invite our closest friends. great with grilled veggies on the side and a large helping of fruit salad.

2 Tbsp
egg substitute
1/3 c
skim milk
1/3 c
fresh bread crumbs
1/3 tsp
mrs. dash or kroger "zesty" salt free seasoning
1/4 c
cup finely chopped shallots or sweet onion
1 lb
ground lean turkey
4 oz
mushrooms, finely chopped
olive oil cooking spray

How to Make Turkey and Mushroom Burgers


  • 1mix everything in a large bowl until well combined.
  • 2shape into 6 each 1/2" thick round patties
  • 3spray grill or frying pan with olive oil spray *or brush with olive oil using a pastry brush*
  • 4grill one side around 5 minutes then turn. make sure patties are browned and juices run clear.
  • 5serve on hamburger buns, topping with lettuce, tomatoes and your favorite condiments
  • 6calories: 235 each
