This is a "grilling" favorite of ours. We add all the trimmings and invite our closest friends. great with grilled veggies on the side and a large helping of fruit salad.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons egg substitute
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 1/3 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1/3 teaspoon mrs. dash or kroger "zesty" salt free seasoning
- 1/4 cup cup finely chopped shallots or sweet onion
- 1 pound ground lean turkey
- 4 ounces mushrooms, finely chopped
- - olive oil cooking spray
How To Make turkey and mushroom burgers

Step 1mix everything in a large bowl until well combined.

Step 2shape into 6 each 1/2" thick round patties

Step 3spray grill or frying pan with olive oil spray *or brush with olive oil using a pastry brush*

Step 4grill one side around 5 minutes then turn. make sure patties are browned and juices run clear.

Step 5serve on hamburger buns, topping with lettuce, tomatoes and your favorite condiments
