Ingredients
- 7-8 lbs pounds roasted turkey- shredded
- 2 bags large pepperidge farm stuffing mix- blue label
- 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 1/2 cups minced onion (not dried)
- 4 sticks celery-diced very small
- 2 sticks butter
- 4-12oz jars turkey gravy
- 1 quart chicken broth
How To Make turkey and dressing sandwich

Step 1Bake 7 - 8 lb turkey breast ( or 12 - 14 lb turkey) sautee vegetables in 2 sticks of butter. Mix Pepperidge Farm stuffing w/ 1 qt chicken brothand juices from roasting pan as needed for moistness.salt and pepper to taste. Add sauteed vegetable w/ butter. Stir together.

Step 2Bake 350 degrees until hot.Mix sredded turkey and dressing with gravy- You want a moist consistencey. Put on bun and enjoy !!! Can be served as a cassarole.
