Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey breast
- 1 - 15 oz can spicy chili beans, undrained
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 2 cups coarsely broken baked tortilla chips
- 4 slices green onions
- 1 - tomato, chopped
- 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded mexican-style cheese
- - tortilla chips
- - sour cream for garnish.
How To Make tortilla casserole.

Step 1In lg skillet sprayed w/ cooking spray, cook ground turkey until browned over medium heat. Stir in chili beans and 1 cup salsa. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

Step 2Place crushed tortilla chips into casserole dish. Top w/ turkey mix. Sprinkle w/ onions, tomato and cheese. Bake, uncovered 20-30 mins, or until bubbly.

Step 3Arrange extra chips around edge of casserole dish. Serve w/ salsa and sour cream.
