teryaki turkey meatloaf

Updated on Sep 13, 2011

This recipe came about back before my boyfriend had a decent job and we were hungry. I was digging through the freezer, saw the ground turkey and thought "humm what can I do with this?" I open the fridge, see Mr. Yoshida's Teryaki Sauce and the light bulb turned on!! Serve this with a side of crispy garlic butter potatoes, hand made mashed potatoes (not those potato buds, a crispy green salad with toasted sesame dressing or the chicken fried rice recipe I have up and you have a poor man's dinner fit for a king! Just a sidenote: you can double and even triple this recipe to feed a family or even an army!!
