When I first prepared this I was expecting just another meat loaf, but was very surprised at the wonderful finished product! This is a very good entree, and will be a tasty surprise for your family or guests.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground turkey
- 1 cup saltine cracker crumbs
- 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 package sloppy joe mix
- - salt and freshly ground pepper
- SAUCE INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar - firmly packed
How To Make tasty turkey loaf

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 and lightly oil a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients and set aside.

Step 3In a large bowl, combine all the loaf ingredients and mix well.

Step 4Place mixture into a baking dish. Brush the sauce evenly over the top. Cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake 1 hour or until done. Allow loaf to sit for 15 minutes before slicing.
