How To Make tangy meatloaf w/ pineapple preserves
Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 5" loaf pan w/ cooking spray.
In lg bowl, combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder and worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Place mix evenly in pan.
In bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar and preserves. Bake meatloaf 50 mins. 20 min before meatloaf is done, pour sauce over meatloaf.
