This is one of my mothers recipes.
It was always one of my favorites when I was growing up.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground turkey breast or ground beef.
1/2 c
bread crumbs
1 large
egg
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
dash(es)
worcestershire sauce
1/3 c
ketchup
1/4 c
light brown sugar
1/4 c
low-sugar or sugar-free pineapple preserves

How to Make Tangy meatloaf w/ pineapple preserves

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 5" loaf pan w/ cooking spray.
  • 2In lg bowl, combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder and worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Place mix evenly in pan.
  • 3In bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar and preserves. Bake meatloaf 50 mins. 20 min before meatloaf is done, pour sauce over meatloaf.
