Tangy meatloaf w/ pineapple preserves

It was always one of my favorites when I was growing up.
Ingredients
-
1 lbground turkey breast or ground beef.

1/2 cbread crumbs

1 largeegg
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
dash(es)worcestershire sauce
-
1/3 cketchup
-
1/4 clight brown sugar
-
1/4 clow-sugar or sugar-free pineapple preserves
How to Make Tangy meatloaf w/ pineapple preserves
- Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 5" loaf pan w/ cooking spray.
- In lg bowl, combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder and worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Place mix evenly in pan.
- In bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar and preserves. Bake meatloaf 50 mins. 20 min before meatloaf is done, pour sauce over meatloaf.
