Ingredients For sweet & sour turkey meatballs

2 slicewhite bread, torn into pieces

1/2 c1% milk

1-1/2 lbground turkey breast
-
1 lgegg
-
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
1 tspminced garlic
-
1-1/2 tspdried italian seasonings.

1/4 tspeach salt and pepper
-
32 smpimento-stuffed spanish olives
-
1 cbeef broth
-
1/2 cmarinara sauce
-
2 Tbspbalsamic vinegar

5gingersnap cookies, coarsely crushed.
How To Make sweet & sour turkey meatballs

1Heat oven to 450. Spray 2 jellyroll pans w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine bread & milk. Let stand 5 mins. Stir in turkey, egg, worcestershire sauce, garlic, italian seasonings, salt and pepper.

2using about 2 tbsp of mix, shape into 32 balls. using a finger, make a hole in each meatball. Insert an olive into each meatball, shaping meat around olive, press to seal. Place meatballs in pans, bake 10-12 min, or until heated almost all the way through.

3Heat broiler. Broil meatballs 8" from heat, until browned and no longer pink inside, about 5 mins. In saucepan, Combine broth, marinara sauce, vinegar and cookies. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer until cookies are dissolved and sauce is thickened. Toss meatballs w/ sauce. Serve warm.
