Ingredients
- 2 slices white bread, torn into pieces
- 1/2 cup 1% milk
- 1-1/2 pound ground turkey breast
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1-1/2 teaspoon dried italian seasonings.
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 32 small pimento-stuffed spanish olives
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 5 - gingersnap cookies, coarsely crushed.
How To Make sweet & sour turkey meatballs

Step 1Heat oven to 450. Spray 2 jellyroll pans w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine bread & milk. Let stand 5 mins. Stir in turkey, egg, worcestershire sauce, garlic, italian seasonings, salt and pepper.

Step 2using about 2 tbsp of mix, shape into 32 balls. using a finger, make a hole in each meatball. Insert an olive into each meatball, shaping meat around olive, press to seal. Place meatballs in pans, bake 10-12 min, or until heated almost all the way through.

Step 3Heat broiler. Broil meatballs 8" from heat, until browned and no longer pink inside, about 5 mins. In saucepan, Combine broth, marinara sauce, vinegar and cookies. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer until cookies are dissolved and sauce is thickened. Toss meatballs w/ sauce. Serve warm.
