How to Make Super Easy 3 Bean Crockpot Chili

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown turkey and onion in skillet until cooked through.
  2. Drain off any fat and add to crockpot. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Cook on high 6-8 hours.
  4. Note: I prefer to rinse my canned beans and I add in stock til I get the consistency I like. The goop (technical term LOL!)that the beans are packed in grosses me out. LOL! Sometimes I even pour in some beer for extra flavor. This of course is not how Weight Watchers would want you to do it. ;)
