Ingredients
- 1 large summer squash
- 1 medium sweet onion
- 1/2 pound ground turkey
- 1 package stuffing mix, chicken
How To Make stuffed summer squash

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Cut squash length-wise, scrape out seeds and microwave until flesh is soft. Chop onion and saute. Brown the ground turkey. Mix up 2 cups of stuffing mix. Dig out cooked flesh, being careful not to break shell, from squash and mix all ingredients together. Add S & P to taste. Stuff shells and bake until browned.
