A favorite at home and with my friends, its healthy. Taste so good you want to have two. Proverb 10:v3 The lord gives those who do right the food they need. But he lets those who do wrong go hungry.

Ingredients

  • 2 large acorn squash
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 medium tomatoes diced
  • 1 package button mushroom about 8 oz
  • 1/2 small red bell pepper diced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon all spice
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

How To Make stuffed a corn!

  • Step 1
    Cut acorn squash in half, scoop out inside membranes,rub inside with salt pepper a few drops of olive oil and a dash of nutmeg. Bake upside down in a metal flat pan at 350 for 1 hour.
  • Step 2
    Prepare meat mixture: In a large saute pan add olive oil ground turkey cook on medium heat till no longer pink add onion, garlic, red pepper mushrooms, parsley,` tomatoes, tomato paste, white wine salt, pepper and allspice. let it cook on high, simmer for 25 min. Turn off and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Step 3
    removed squash from oven and stuff with turkey mixture sprinkle with white cheddar cheese,and broil for 10 min. Enjoy. Serves 4
