How To Make st patty turkchoy burger - dee dee's

  • Step 1
Combine turkey, bok choy leaves, grated carrots, green onion, salt and pepper; mix well. Form patties.
  • Step 2
Coat iron skillet grill with white truffle EVOO. Heat skillet and then place patties in skillet. Cook over a meduium to med/high heat about 7 minutes on each side. NOTE: before flipping burgers, coat tops of bugers with a little of the white truffle EVOO to prevent sticking when you flip them.
  • Step 3
Add a little white truffle olive oil to the skillet once you remove the burgers; toss the veggies in. Pour a little white wine over veggies to create a steam. Because the skillet is hot, the wine with cook out fast, you can add more as needed. Cook until tender but not mushy. I personally like a little crunch in my veggies.
  • Step 4
Slather pesto on buns, top with burger and veggies. Chow down!
