Ingredients

  • 1 pound gruond turkey
  • 2 - eggs,slightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs, dry
  • 1/2 cup onion,chopped
  • 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce ,devided
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1(10oz) package frozen spinich,thawed and well drain
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make spinach swirl turkey loaf

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees.Mix turkey,bread crumbs,onion,eggs,1/4 cup tomato sauce,worcestershire sauce,mustard and oregano.Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 2
    Pat into rectangle 10 by 8 inches on an 18 by 12 inch piece of aluminum foil.
  • Step 3
    Orange spinach on turkey mixture to within 1/2 inch of the edges; sprinkle with garlic salt and cheese.
  • Step 4
    Roll up rectangle carefully,beginning at 8 inch side and using foil to lift it.
  • Step 5
    Press edges and ends of roll to seal.Place seam side down in loaf pan.
  • Step 6
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.Drizzle with remaining tomato sauce.Bake 15 minutes more.Enjoy.
