Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound turkey breast or chicken cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 - spicy turkey or chicken sausages cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 - jalapeno pepper seeded and minced(optional)
- 1/2 cup fat free low sodium chicken broth
- 1 can 14 ounce no salt added diced tomatos
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black paper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup cooked yolk free egg noodles
- 6 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons coarse plain dry bread crumbs
How To Make spicy turkey casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat, Add turkey and sausage. Cook and stir 2 minutes.

Step 2Add bell pepper,mushrooms,onion,jalapeno if desired and cook 5 more minutes. Add chicken broth cook 1 minute,scraping up any browned bits from bottom of skillet. Add tomatoes, seasonings and noodles.

Step 3Spoon turkey mixture into shallow 10inch round baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is hot and bread crumbs are golden brown.
