How To Make spicy turkey burgers

  • Step 1
In a large mixing bowl add the turkey and dry seasonings. Mince the chipotle peppers and adobo sauce and add to the meat.I use my fingers) Add the worcestershire sauce to moisten the meat and to help incoropate the indredients. Score the meat into 4 sections and form patties, making sure to put a little indent in the middle of each one to ensure even cooking. Drizzle the top of each patty with a little olive oil. Place the burgers on the grill and grill for approx 8 minutes on each side on a low to medium heat. Top each burger with a slice of Provolone cheese and let it slightly melt.
