Ingredients
- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 pound ground or cut up turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
How To Make spaghetti squash with turkey meat sauce

Step 11.Cook squash in oven until soft. Remove from oven and use fork to make "spaghetti". 2.While squash is cooking in the oven, puree tomatoes. Then put into medium sauce pan with fennel and heat on low for about 20 minutes. 3.In a non-stick skillet, sauté garlic, onions and mushrooms until onions are soft. Then add ground turkey and chicken stock and cook thoroughly. 4.Add the ground turkey mixture to the tomato sauce pan and let simmer for another 4-5 minutes. 5.Put "spaghetti" on plate and pour sauce on top. 6.Enjoy!
