This is one of my all time favorite sammies. There is just something about smoked turkey that sets off the other ingredients.

    *smoked turkey breast, sliced
  • ·
    **muenster cheese grated
  • ·
    **roasted tomatoes
  • ·
    **diced onion
  • ·
    **cilantro, fresh
  • ·
    **thai chili garlic sauce
  • ·
    **bread

How to Make Smoked turkey Mexican Thai Panni

Step-by-Step

  1. Slice tomatoes and roast in a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Grate cheese, pick cilantro leaves, dice onion.
  3. Spread some Thai chili garlic sauce on one slice of bread. Layer: cheese, cilantro, turkey, roasted tomatoes, diced onion and cheese again.
  4. I used my George Foreman for this and set it between med. and high. Cook for about 5 min. or till bread is brown and cheese is melted.
