Ingredients
- 6 sticks butter
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 bottle 28 oz ketchup
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1-1/2 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
- 1 pound turkey or meat kielbasa, cut into 1" pieces
How To Make slow-cooked saucy kielbasa

Step 1Melt butter in lg skillet over medium heat. Saute onions in butter until tender. Stir in brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, mustard, worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce.

Step 2Simmer, 20 mins, stirring occasionally. Place kielbasa in bottom of slow-cooker. Cover w/ sauce, and onions. Cover, cook on low for 4-1/2 hrs. Serve over hot noodles.
