I used turkey kielbasa, but you can use regular kielbasa. I serve these over noodles.

2 large
onions, sliced
1 c
light brown sugar
1/2 bottle
28 oz ketchup
3 Tbsp
cider vinegar
1-1/2 tsp
spicy brown mustard
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
2 tsp
hot pepper sauce
1 lb
turkey or meat kielbasa, cut into 1" pieces

How to Make Slow-cooked saucy kielbasa


  • 1Melt butter in lg skillet over medium heat. Saute onions in butter until tender. Stir in brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, mustard, worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce.
  • 2Simmer, 20 mins, stirring occasionally. Place kielbasa in bottom of slow-cooker. Cover w/ sauce, and onions. Cover, cook on low for 4-1/2 hrs. Serve over hot noodles.
