Ingredients
- 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon dried italian herbs
- 1/4 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
- 2 cups prego marinara sauce
- 1-1/4 pound ground turkey breast
- 3/4 cup heart healthy bisquick mix
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup reduced=fat shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make slow-cooked italian pizza stew

Step 1In a 4-quart slow-cooker, combine mushrooms, green bell pepper, onion, italian herbs, salt and pepper. Pour marinara sauce over veggies.

Step 2Break up ground turkey w/ a spoon. Add turkey to cooker. Cover, cook on low for 3 hrs. In a bowl, combine bisquick mix, parmesan cheese, oregano and milk.

Step 3Stir until well combined. Put cooker on high. Drop dough by tbsp fulls into 5 mounds on top of mix in cooker. Cover, cook 45 mins. Sprinkl e w/ mozzarella cheese.
