How To Make sloppy (turkey) joes
-
Step 1Add a turn of EVOO (if desired) to a skillet and cook ground turkey until no longer pink. Add onion and red bell pepper. Cook until tender. Add other seasonings and continue to cook on low for about 3-5 minutes. Place on bun and top with other toppings, if desired. We like ours to be warmed in the microwave for a few seconds to heat the bun. Serve with your favorite chips, oven-baked tator tots, oven-fried Onion Rings, or Bonnie's Best Oven Fries.
