- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
How To Make savory moist turkey burgers

Step 1Heat olive oil to coat a skillet.medium high, form patties of the turkey , using about 1/4 of the lb to make each.

Step 2Sprinkle the patties with seasoned salt and pepper if desired, add to pan cooking each side about 5-6 min, avoid pressing down on the pattie, and turn once, after turning the patties, add the worcestershire sauce to the skillet and a few Tablespoons of water, put the lid on and turn down to simmer and steam in the flavor for a few minutes,

Step 3Remove patties and serve with condiments or cheese of choice,
