  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 4
    green onions
  • 1/2 c
    applesauce, unsweetened
  • 4 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 4 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 6 c
    rice, cooked and hot
  • 2 tsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 16 oz
    broccoli florets
  • 4 c

How to Make Savory Asian Turkey Patty dinner meal for 4


  1. Mix 1 pound ground turkey breast with 8-ounce canned water chestnuts, diced; 2 garlic cloves, minced; 4 green onions, thinly sliced; 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce; 4 teaspoons soy sauce.
  2. Shape mixture into 4 patties.
  3. In nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook patty over medium heat until thoroughly cooked throughout.
  4. Toss Cooked Rice with 4 teaspoons soy sauce, seasoned rice vinegar, and Asian sesame oil.
  5. Per serving:
    1 Patty
    3/4 cup Rice
    2 cups Steamed Broccoli Florets
    1 Cup of Fresh Berries
