Ingredients
- 3/4 pound ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 29 ounces can of tomatoes, cut, undrained
- 12 ounces can of tomato juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup rice, instant
How To Make quick turkey chili

Step 1Spray dutch oven with non-stick cooking spray. Add turkey and cook until no longer pink. Drain fat if any. Stir in chili powder, cook 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until rice is tender.

Step 2Garnish with grated cheese and/or sliced green onions.
