I made up this recipe one night when i didn't have many ingredients and it came out great!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1 lb
    smoked turkey kielbasa, cut into 1/2"-slices
  • 3 c
    cooked rice
  • 1
    15 oz can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1/2 c
    bottled hickory smoked bbq sauce

How to Make Quick BBQ kielbasa and rice

Step-by-Step

  1. In lg skillet, heat oil over med-high heat.
  2. Brown kielbasa. Stir in rice, beans and BBQ sauce.
  3. Cook over medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
