Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 package hot turkey sausage, chopped
- 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 - 8 oz can reduced-sodium tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt & pepper
- 1 slice low-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1 - 13.8 oz can pillsbury regrigerated pizza dough
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make pizza casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 425. Spray a 9" x 13" pan w/ cooking spray. Heat oil in lg skillet over high heat. Add sausage and mushroom, cook 5 mins, stirring often. Stir in tomato sauce, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Step 2Cook until heated through. Unroll pizza dough. Press dough into bottom and 1/2 way up sides of pan. Line bottom of dough w/ 6 slices of mozzarella cheese.

Step 3Top cheese w/ turkey mix. Bake, uncovered 12 mins. Top w/ remaining cheese slices. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese. Bake 5 mins, or until cheese is melted.
