1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 pkg
hot turkey sausage, chopped
1/4 lb
fresh mushrooms, sliced
8 oz can reduced-sodium tomato sauce
1/2 tsp
dried oregano
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
each salt & pepper
1 slice
low-fat mozzarella cheese
13.8 oz can pillsbury regrigerated pizza dough
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Pizza casserole


  • 1Heat oven to 425. Spray a 9" x 13" pan w/ cooking spray. Heat oil in lg skillet over high heat. Add sausage and mushroom, cook 5 mins, stirring often. Stir in tomato sauce, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • 2Cook until heated through. Unroll pizza dough. Press dough into bottom and 1/2 way up sides of pan. Line bottom of dough w/ 6 slices of mozzarella cheese.
  • 3Top cheese w/ turkey mix. Bake, uncovered 12 mins. Top w/ remaining cheese slices. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese. Bake 5 mins, or until cheese is melted.
