Our Family loves this salad on lettuce leaves, tortilla wraps. lettuce wraps, bread or toast! I used to subsitute halved grapes, chopped apples, or raisins. But, since cranraisins hit the market, IT'S those little red gems!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked turkey, cubed
  • 2 - celery ribs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cranraisins
  • 1/2 cup pecans, in pieces
  • DRESSING:
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • - freshly ground pepper

How To Make perfectly crunchy turkey salad

  • Step 1
    Put first 5 ingredients in bowl.
  • Step 2
    In a small, wisk together Dressing.
  • Step 3
    Pour over Turkey mixture and Toss.
  • Step 4
    SERVE: on chopped lettuce, or wrap in lettuce leaves or flour tortillas, on bread, toast, or sandwich rolls.
