You don't need to be on a Paleo diet to enjoy this lovely, healthy dish! If ground turkey isn't your thing, feel free to substitute lean ground beef, pork, or chicken. For non-Paleo's, add a touch shredded cheese to further enhance the flavor of this dish!

Don't let the cinnamon and curry powder scare you away! These spices combined produced a slightly sweet flavor that compliment the remaining ingredients of this recipe.

Enjoy!

How to Make Paleo Skillet

Step-by-Step

  1. Place extra virgin olive oil into the bottom of a large skillet or dutch oven, and heat over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic, salt, cinnamon, curry powder, and sweet potatoes to the pan. Let sauté for 1 minute to allow the garlic to release its flavor.
