We made these to add to a garbanzo bean soup and they tasted great. You can adjust any of the seasonings to your taste.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
- 1/3 cup rolled oats (coarsely chopped in food processor)

Step 1Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2n a bowl, place all your ingredients. Mix them up!

Step 3Form the meat into about 20-1" balls

Step 4Bake them in your preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.

Step 5Freeze them for later, put them into any kind of sauce of your choosing, or eat them as is!
