We made these to add to a garbanzo bean soup and they tasted great. You can adjust any of the seasonings to your taste.

Ingredients

ground turkey

eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp
minced onion
1 tsp
minced onion
1/2 tsp
sea salt
1/2 tsp
dried parsley
1/2 tsp
dried chives
1/3 c
rolled oats (coarsely chopped in food processor)

How to Make Oven-Baked Turkey Meatballs - Gluten-Free

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2n a bowl, place all your ingredients.
    Mix them up!
  • 3Form the meat into about 20-1" balls
  • 4Bake them in your preheated 350 degree oven for 40
    minutes.
  • 5Freeze them for later, put them into any kind of sauce of your
    choosing, or eat them as is!
