    red beans
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 c
    turkey bacon
  • 1 medium
    medium onion
  • 3 clove
  • 1 medium
    bell peppers (1 red and 1 green )
  • 1 Tbsp
    tomato puree
  • 1/4 c
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make ORIENTAL CONGRIO with red beans


  1. Put beans in water to soften.
    Saute the bacon cut into small pieces, add in oil, add chopped fresh spices also in kindergarten and saute until golden; incorporate the sauce into the beans and soft. In suitable container wash rice and add it to cooking the beans, stir until it begins to boil, reduce heat and let simmer and cook covered for 30 min. Separate the pot from heat, let stand 5 minutes and serve
