Ingredients

1 largeonion, chopped

1 1/4 lbground turkey, 93% lean

1/3 cbread crumbs, whole wheat

1/2 cskim milk

1 largeegg white, lightly beaten

3 Tbspreduced sugar tomato ketchup

2 Tbspparmesan cheese

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspdried thyme, crumbled

1/2 tspblack pepper
How to Make My Favorite Turkey Meatloaf
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees; spray an 8 x 5 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a small non-stick skillet, spray with nonstick cooking spray. Saute the onions until tender, 4-5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine the onion, turkey, bread crumbs, milk, egg white, ketchup, cheese, and spices; blend well.
- Shape into a loaf and transfer to the pan. Bake until browned and cooked through, 50-60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
