Another easy and great sandwich I've made several times. This is my version of the traditional Cobb salad put between two slices of fresh wheat bread. The preparation is quick and easy and my family and friends love this recipe. Good to have any time of the year.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 8 slice
    toasted wheat bread
  • 4 small
    green leaf lettuce leaves
  • 4 slice
    tomato
  • 6 oz
    shaved deli turkey
  • 1
    peeled fresh avocado, sliced thin
  • 4
    precooked bacon slices
  • 2
    hard boiled eggs, sliced

How to Make My Delicious Turkey Cobb Sandwich

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook four slices of bacon until crisp, drain and set aside.
  2. Hard boil two large eggs a day ahead and place in your refrigerator or you can purchase boiled eggs in your store to save time. It would make preparation quick and easy.
  3. Spread mayonnaise evenly over each of four slices of wheat bread.
  4. Layer each evenly with lettuce and next five ingredients.
  5. Top with the remaining slices and cut each sandwich in half diagonally and serve.
